When will you post it?

We pack and post within three working days. You'll get an email with the tracking number on the day it goes out. If something is going to take longer than that, we'll tell you before we take your money.

How do you pack it?

Everything is sold unframed. Each piece gets a sheet of acid-free glassine over the front, a rigid board behind it, and goes flat inside a stiffened mailer. Anything bigger than A3 travels rolled in a tube with tissue. We never fold anything.

What does postage cost in Australia?

Flat $18 AUD anywhere in the country, tracked with Australia Post. City deliveries usually land in 2 to 5 working days and regional ones in 4 to 8. Orders over $200 AUD go free. You'll see the postage in your cart before you pay.

Do you post overseas?

Yes, but ask us first. Send your country through the contact form and we'll work out the exact postage and quote you before you buy anything. If your country charges customs or duty on the parcel, that part is down to you.

Can I send something back?

Yes. You've got 14 days from the day it arrives. It needs to come back unmarked and in the packaging it turned up in, and then you get the full purchase price back. You cover the return postage, unless it arrived damaged or it wasn't what the listing said it was.

What if it turns up damaged?

Photograph the parcel and the piece and send it through the contact form within a week of delivery. We'll refund the whole thing, postage both ways included. These are originals so we can't just send you another one, which is why we'd rather hear about it quickly.

How should I look after it?

Paper fades in direct sun, so keep it out of strong light and put it behind glass if you can. Poured acrylic stays slightly soft for a few weeks after it's made, so try not to press anything against the front of it.
